Create and apply custom styles to your notes
Dragon Copilot uses default settings to generate a clinical note, but one size does not fit all. For instance, do you prefer:

Concise or detailed?
-
Structured or narrative?
-
Paragraphs or bulleted lists?
-
Formal or patient-friendly?
Customize your style settings so Dragon Copilot applies personal preferences to your notes.
Customize your note styles
To modify your style settings:
Select Configure my style or the gear icon next to the Apply my style prompt. This opens the Style section of the Style & format panel.
You can also open Style from the Settings menu:

Select Style.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Expand the Style screen, if desired, and select from the available style options. Your selections are automatically saved and take effect next time you record a note and apply your style, either automatically or manually. Return to the Style screen to modify your preferences at any time or select Reset to default to undo your style selections.
Apply your style
Styles minimize time spent editing and can be applied to your note either automatically or manually.
Automatic
Select Configure my style or the gear icon next to the Apply my style prompt and toggle Auto-style to "on" to apply your style preferences automatically when a new note is generated from an ambient recording.
If you make updates to your style while working on a session, you must manually apply your style. Updating settings does not automatically apply them.
Manual
Apply styles manually when you want to apply your style preferences to the note on an as-needed basis. Select the Apply my style prompt and Dragon Copilot does all the work for you.
