Start using default customizable templates

1. Configure my style

From the Timeline tab, select Configure my style. This will open the Style section within the Style & format panel.

2. Gear icon

From the Timeline tab, select the gear icon next to the Apply my style prompt. This will open the Style section within the Style & format panel.

3. Settings menu

From any Dragon Copilot tab:

1. Select Settings at the top right corner.

2. Select Style & format.

3. Select Style. This will open the Style section.

Use the expanded style panel

The Style panel can be expanded to work with settings in a larger view. Expand the Style screen, if desired, using the expand icon in the upper right of the screen.

Scroll to any of the sections that offer a customizable template option:

• History of Present Illness

• Allergies

• Physical Exam

• Results

• Procedure

• Assessment and Plan

Select the down caret next to the heading name. Find the style option labeled "Template." Then, select the drop-down menu and choose the customizable template for that section.

A suggested customizable template will appear. You can either use the provided sample template as is, modify it to suit your needs, or replace it with a template of your own design, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the next chapter.

Repeat this process as necessary for the note sections that provide a customizable template option: History of Present Illness, Allergies, Physical Exam, Results, Procedure, and Assessment and Plan.

Include multiple customizable templates when applying your style

If you select one or more customizable templates as the default format (in Settings > Style & format > Style), you can apply them automatically or on demand along with your other personal style preferences.

Options:

• Enable Auto-style in Settings to apply your template and other style settings to every note Dragon Copilot generates.

• Select the Apply my style button to apply your style settings on demand.

Apply a specific customizable template on demand

When you occasionally need to apply specialized formatting for a particular encounter or situation, you can design a customizable template and apply it to the note section as required, without making it the default format.

To manually select and apply a specific template on demand:

1. Open the Note tab.

2. Select the library icon .

3. Select the customizable template.
