In your day-to-day work there are certain apps you'll use all the time. To make it easier for you to access them you can pin them to the navigation pane on the left side of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.​​​​​​​

To pin an app in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app

  1. Select Apps on the left side of the window.

  2. Hover your mouse cursor over the app you want to pin.

  3. Select the  more actions button-duplicate (More options) button that appears.

  4. Select Pin. ​​​​​​​ An app tile in the Apps module of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. The More options button has been selected and a context menu appears. The third option down is "Pin".

Tip: If the app you want to pin is already open, you can just hover over it on your navigation pane and select the Pin button that appears.
